My Adult Ballet class meets every Sunday, from 10.30am-12.00pm at Motionhouse Dance Studio, Spencer Yard, Spencer Street, Leamington Spa. It is £7 per class, pay as you go.

Advance booking is not required. The class is a friendly and supportive environment.

Level; Beginners/Improvers. Class description; this class is suitable for adults with some experience who wish to improve their skills. Choreography and technical level will be challenging, but not advanced. For the beginner, some previous dance / movement / fitness experience would be helpful. Class will consist of Barre, Centre Practice, Pirouettes, Adage, Petit Allegro, Grand Allegro and possibly Petit Batterie.

Pointe work follows the Sunday Class, 2.30pm - 2.45pm, click for details.
