As a freelance dance artist, a significant area of my work is community based. Aside from these commissions, I create pieces possibly of an eclectic nature.

My starting point is often music or an idea for which I will find a musical/sound source before I begin creating the work. Music is an aid, often an inspiration, with which I create movement, but movement is the focus and ultimately it is the movement that must stand alone and above everything else.

I have a specific interest in creating dance for camera, and enjoy collaborating with other artists.
